DESCRIPTION


We are looking for an energetic and qualified Senior People Operations Specialist (HR Operations) in People Management function in HK to make a stronger team and APAC regional coverage.

Responsibilities

  • Play an independent Senior People Operations Specialist role
  • Responsible for On / Off Boarding / Background checks operation for HK
  • Work on payroll calculation and payment for HK
  • Assist yearly IRD reporting as well as newcomer and leaver’ tax reporting
  • Manage Employees benefits (rental reimbursement scheme, discount programs, health and life insurance, vacations etc.)
  • Work on People team automation programs
  • Manage welcome kits and ordering of swag items in case of need
  • Cooperate with stakeholders including Managers, People Partner related to people management topics
  • Perform other duties relevant to People Operations area of responsibility
  • Ad-hoc job assignments during campaigns and events

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in HR, Accounting or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or payroll field
  • At least 3 years’ experience in payroll-related area. Familiar with bank payment procedure, tax reporting, benefits management
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Accurate, diligent and attentive to details
  • Efficient communication skills and understanding on how to manage stakeholders
  • Service-oriented
  • Team player
  • B2+ or higher level of spoken and written English
