DESCRIPTION
Currently we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for our Warsaw office to make the team even stronger.
We are supporting Employment Contract or B2B, depending on your preferences.

Responsibilities
- Requirements elicitation (using different techniques)
- Business Goals, Needs and Objectives definition
- Current state analysis (As-Is), and To-Be impact analysis
- Data analysis to ensure features are aligned with product Goals / Needs / Objectives and delivering the most Potential Solution Value
- Translation of business needs into requirements (Functional, Non-functional, Transition)
- Functional Decomposition
- Epics / Use Cases / User Stories creation based on selected BA documents structure (including Acceptance Criteria)
- Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, Development and QA teams
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant BA experience
- Fluent English: comfortably able to read, write and speak with customers, able to write high-quality unambiguous texts
- Experience in creating different types of requirements
- Ability to capture information provided in elicitation sessions
- Ability to select appropriate elicitation techniques
- Knowledge about Agile methodologies (ex. Scrum, Kanban) or the classic one (ex. Waterfall)
- Ability to follow Business Analysis approach on the project
- Ability to arrange and facilitate meetings and workshops with the customer
- Ability to acquire new information about the project and domain quickly from different sources
- Knowledge of diagrams (UML, BPMN)
- Ability to follow a defined software development process
- Ability to operate within the defined scope of the project
- Ability to support solution testing/UAT
- General knowledge about UX/UI and the ability to take part in designing activities
- Strong analytical, problem solving and synthesizing skills
- Self-managing skills; ability to work without supervision
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members in complex environments (multi-cultural/multi-country/geographically distributed team) and customer representatives
Nice to have
- Engineering or computer science education background
- Experience in SQL
- Certification in areas of Business Analysis, Scrum Master or Product Owner
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio
