What You’ll Do

  • Support the growth of our Employee Referral Program with a focus on referral verification and administrative support
  • Manage all referrals for North America (NA), including creating referral cards, verification, and assigning referrals to referral team members based on skill set
  • Act as the POC for the NA Referral Program within EPAM for referral reassignment to and from other locations
  • Work with your manager to maintain the referral pipeline with a focus on the continual movement of EPAM referrals through the process
  • Show high attention to detail as it relates to data quality, tool usage, and reports
  • Meet agreed-upon referral SLAs as developed by your manager
  • Be an Employee Referral Program advocate!

What You Have

  • 1+ years of experience working in administration, especially within a Talent Acquisition organization
  • A detail-oriented, well-organized work ethic that allows you to manage multiple priorities while simultaneously acting with a sense of urgency
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to quality of work and takes responsibility for assigned tasks and SLA deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required
  • Excellent follow-up and time management skills – must be a go-getter
  • Must be self-motivated and dependable
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high demand environment, think critically, and adapt quickly to changing processes
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams. Preferred: Zoho Recruit
  • Some knowledge of technical tools and IT services would be highly preferred
