DESCRIPTION



Test IO is seeking a Project Coordinator (m/f/d) to play a vital role in how we successfully deliver on specialized projects leveraging our tester crowd to our customers. You will have the exciting opportunity to showcase your strong project coordination and oversight skills, with the autonomy to continue iterating and improving upon on our processes as we continue to build our delivery organization at scale. Scope of work will include but is not limited to:

- Driving testing outcomes for individual specialized projects (responsible for up to 10)
-Project specific coordination and activation
-Owns success of individual specialized projects.

Responsibilities

  • General:
    • Firefighting low participation tests
    • Analyze and work to resolve dropped/late/problem tests
    • Monitoring customer specific metrics
    • Providing input to product by: Prioritizing the most important tester related issues with tests that could not be started and discuss with relevant stakeholder to find a solution
    • Resolving dropped/overnight/low participation tests including activities such as triggering new tester invites
  • Project specific:
    • With support of community, identify TL and tester (create segments) and coordinate invites
    • Communication between our tester community and CSMs (delivery managers); answering test setup related questions or solving sharing issues
    • Onboard testers for specific projects
    • Engage testers to join & participate in a project test via email and Discord
    • Own project related logistics such as delivery logistics of testing devices, and return of devices if contractually obligated
    • Monitoring test participation, inviting additional testers etc, if needed
    • Managing payout (including bonus payments) for project work (that requires reporting on time spent by a tester)
    • Inform the Account Team about the status of the test and inform the team if something didn’t go well and participation couldn’t be reached - take appropriate action to resolve this (in collaboration with customer success manager)

Requirements

  • Effective communicator in English – you will have an integral role that needs to heavily communicate with various internal stakeholders where English is the common shared language
  • Passion for problem solving and inquisitive nature, with ability to retain information quickly
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Autonomous but also a team-player – you will have to collaborate with other teams and marshal internal resources

  • Flexible with lack of process documentation at times, with the desire to take initiative and create autonomously
