EPAM Continuum is EPAM’s integrated consulting brand, bringing experience, technology, data and business together, to deliver consulting solutions for the increasingly complex challenges B2B and B2C businesses face.

EPAM Continuum was launched late 2019, and has already seen us recognized for our global customer experience strategy consulting practices. (Forrester)

We have recently enhanced the brand and have a strongly differentiated visual identity and proposition, which we are excited to take to market at scale across the EMEA region. EPAM Continuum EMEA operates across a number of key territories including UK&I, DACH, Netherlands, Nordics and Middle East.

With 4,500 consultants operating under the EPAM Continuum brand globally, EPAM Continuum is a major player and boasts award-winning consulting capability across physical and digital spaces.

Clients in the EPAM Continuum portfolio include EPIC Games, Vue Entertainment, INEOS Automotive, Southwest Airlines and Bacardi to name a few.

This role reports into VP Brand & Marketing, EMEA, and has a dotted line into the EPAM Continuum Global Head of Brand

What You’ll Do

  • Work with our Business Unit Heads, Country MDs and Consulting practice leads to set the communications strategy for EPAM Continuum in EMEA
  • Define flagship thought and ‘do’ leadership that increases brand awareness, differentiates us in the market and aligns to sales:
    • In the last year we have created partnerships with Wired, sponsored Forrester’s CX EMEA conference, created partnerships with key industry alliances, produced and created beautiful animations to explain our key consulting practices and commissioned research reports across multiple sectors. You will have at your disposal, a team of highly experienced consultants, creatives and strategists to help you imagine and realize your marketing vision for the brand
  • Develop marketing programs that are sales oriented, into our existing accounts and new business opportunities
  • Work closely with DEP and our Vertical business units to identify and develop:
    • Case Studies
    • Press Releases and wider PR opportunities – thought leadership, people profiles, business news etc
    • Award entries
    • Thought leadership opportunities e.g. White Papers, podcasts etc
    • Events and conferences
    • Support our analyst team on relevant consulting opportunities with the likes of Forrester and Gartner

What You Have

  • Have a marketing track record of working inside technology and, or consulting businesses across EMEA, with 8+ years of experience
  • As well as practicing marketing broadly, have one or two key specialist areas to bring to the role e.g. PR/ Data/ Research/ Social Media
  • Have a degree level qualification, and ideally significant CPD, in a marketing or relevant subject
  • Be based in the UK/Germany/Netherlands, with native language proficiency in English, and additional languages considered as a preference
  • Excellent written English with proven experience in a business context
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive ‘can-do’ attitude, demonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and challenging environment, whilst maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to form productive working relationships across geographies
