We are looking for a Junior Service Desk Technician for our Georgian office to support Atlassian applications.

What You’ll Do

  • Atlassian applications front end support (customizing Jira projects, troubleshooting Jira/Confluence issues, answering FAQs via mail or phone, migrating projects between Jira instances)
  • Timely request fulfillment
  • Documentation management (contributing to the team’s knowledge base)
  • 8x5 support

What You Have

  • English and Russian: B2 and higher
  • Quick learning
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Good communication, management and investigation skills
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to cope with stress
  • Novice or intermediate Postgres database administration, Linux and SQL skills, programming experience - will be a plus
