Responsibilities

  • Provide support to customers using Cloud Platform products, solutions and APIs
  • Provide technical assistance and support as part of a global 24x7-support organization
  • Work closely with engineers and product managers to improve the product and make our customers successful
  • Change requests and incident ticket handling for the remaining Infrastructure Teams - Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management
  • Provide technical and developer support to customers using cloud products, solutions and APIs
  • Follow notification and escalation procedures
  • Follow standards for communications with business involving operational issues
  • Identify and document product bugs and feature requests and work with internal support teams as well as customers to implement effective solutions
  • Work closely with internal support teams to improve cloud products at a senior level

Requirements

  • 2-7 years of experience in any of these languages (Java, Javascript, PHP, Python, Go, NodeJS)
  • Building Web Applications/Web Services/APIs
  • Consuming Third Party APIs
  • Building Web Services
  • Web Development knowledge (REST, SOAP, RPC, HTTP, HTTPS)
  • Experience using Web Authentication (Basic, Cookies)
  • Experience querying Relational Databases (MySQL, Oracle, DB2, Microsoft SQL)

Nice to have

  • Knows Software Design Patterns (MVC, Singleton, Microservices)
  • Has experience using any cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Understanding of Non Relational Databases (Mongo DB)
  • Knows Networking (Load balancer, Firewall, DNS, Forwarding rules)
  • Experience using Firebase

As a Technical Support, you'll help developers that use the latest and most popular cloud oriented technologies by using your excellent technical and customer service skills.

In this role you will troubleshoot, reproduce and debug a wide range of technical issues, respond to product related questions and help to resolve concerns of the community. This is an excellent opportunity to use your technical expertise and communications skills at the same time. In this team you will get the chance to become a global cloud platform expert which is the technology that will become fundamental in any DevOps position in the next years.
