Responsibilities
- Eagerness to develop Java and (or) Python skills
- Service Reliability Engineering
- Drive triage, incident, problem calls, provide status updates within stakeholders
Requirements
- WebServers (Tomcat)
- Maria DB (sql querying)
- Troubleshooting skills
- Linux - Centos/RedHat
- ITIL (Service Now) Incident, Problem, Change Management;)
- Monitoring (NewRelic, Grafana)
