Currently we are looking for an SAP Consultant (HR) to become a part of our dedicated team of SAP professionals.
As an HR Consultant you will be involved in multiple activities for customer projects as well EPAM internal projects with client service as a focus. You will play a crucial role in helping our Customers to better understand their businesses by designing a solution based on relevant industry domain knowledge. You will assist our clients in implementation, configuration, project Go-Live and post-implementation support.

Responsibilities
- Support and troubleshooting of SAP solutions
- Communicate with the customer in order to gather the relevant requirements
- Analysis of business requirements to envision solution design in advance
- Configurate and customization of SAP HCM functionality
- Create project documentation, including functional and technical specifications, user guidelines, etc
- Reproduce test data in development environment, unit testing
Requirements
- Basic understanding of SAP systems functionality
- In-depth understanding of SAP HCM functionality (OM, PA, PT)
- Basic skills in ABAP development, debugging, HCM authorities concept
- Proven ability to work both independently and as a part of international project team
- Work experience with SAP HCM – 1-3+ years
- 1+ completed projects
- Availability of SAP certificate – Optional
- Language – B1 (+)
