What You’ll Do
- Create Java back-end implementation
- Design and build scalable framework for web applications
- Ensure data and algorithm integrity throughout process
- Collaborate with Developers in an Agile environment
- Design and develop cutting edge applications
- Respond to mission-critical software problems in a rapid and high-quality fashion
- Responsible for CI/CD pipelines
- Work with defect tracking, source code control and software release systems to ensure high-quality software releases over time
What You Have
- BS degree in an associated field or other advanced certification along with equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software design, development, and testing
- Strong Java development skills
- Strong knowledge of Spring framework
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently under general direction and to be a team player as well
- Dedication to keeping abreast of emerging technology trends
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with backend RDBMS and NoSQL databases
- Experience with design and creation database schema and SQL queries
- Experience troubleshooting real-time production issues with applications/REST API’s
- Experience in how to follow, adhere to, and enhance a Software Development Methodology (Agile)
